So when you get your Heart of Azeroth necklace up high enough in level, you get to unlock “Perseverance”, which in turn increases your Stamina (HP) by 3% for each unlock. 4 unlocks total, for a total of 12% more HP. For some reason, I have unlocked all 4 perks, but my HP never went up once. Tried logging out and in again, tried UI reset. HP stayed the same.
Anyone else notice this bug?

The system seems to have corrected itself with the weekly reset. Logged out Monday night with 294k HP. No changes made. Logged in, and noticed my HP was now at 302k. Again, no changes were made to gear. No quests completed. Hadn’t even moved.
