After doing the TWW intro quests on my alt I cannot click the Heart Forge to get in. There’s no interact button.
This alt has the Heart of Azeroth so I’ve been in there before.

Bumping this thread, I am trying to get to Mechagon and it requires this questline. When I go to Silithus, I cannot complete the quest “Essential Empowerment” because it doesn’t let me talk to Magni or access the quest area.
Im having the same issue, i cannot click the heart forge to get in and complete the Essential Empowerment quest. I want to be able able to do horrific visions.
Still happening.
Was there ever a solution for this? Ive been on my old BfA character, working on the Meta Achievement. When I returned to Sillithis to access the heart, now it wont let me. This was just after I completed The War Within starting quest. Had I known, I would not have completed that quest. Talking to Chromie wont let me go to the BfA timeline since Im too high level.
I noticed i had to go to some times FLY out there to access the BFA version and or use the portal in BFA zone on alts to access it
I took the portal from Zuldazar to get to Sillithis and there isnt even the portal back to Zuldazar anymore. I tried changing the Sillithis time line back and the to current and that didnt work either 
Scratch this, skipping all the war within campaign stuff and then returning to Sillithis through Zuldazar fixed it. Thank goodness.
