Heart essence macro and passive majors

is there a way to handle these, similar to how i guess talent row macros work? currently when selecting vision of perfection as my major, the heart essence button just changes to a passive ability and doesnt really do anything. i was wanting a way to macro something else there without having to move the button every time

i tried /cast [heart essence=vision of perfection]Other ability, Heart Essence

but for obvious reasons it didnt work, this conditional hasnt been added and the macro command didnt exist.

i just use vision a lot for m+ but its never used in raids, and I didnt want to have to drag icons around every time i change

As far as I’m aware there’s no way to test what ability Heart Essence gives and then modify your cast accordingly but this version covers all the possible functionality of Heart Essence.
