Healthstones bugged?

there were a few reports the other day:

Warlock healthstones not going on cooldown

Tested in both MOP Remix and regular non remix characters. When you use a healthstone the cooldown never starts regardless of combat status. The tooltip still shows the “Cooldown Starts Upon Leaving Combat” message and using it gives the “item is not yet ready” message. Destroying the healthstone and then making a new one also does not start the cooldown or make it useable so far only logging in and out seems to resolve it.
