Must confess, I haven’t tried to use it a lot to see if the heal increases, but when you activate soulburn neither the green nor red healthstones light up like all other SB empowerment eligible skills do.
Yeah its just a visual bug, the healthstone ability doesn’t light up but it still gives the empowered bonus if you use it.
