Under names, it should be the 4th check box on the left side, and the 1st one under Unit Nameplates.
Could using an addon affect its availability?
ElvUI removed the option for me under interface>names. To remove the personal resource display while using ElvUI for your nameplates, go to /ec–>Nameplates–>Player Nameplate–>Uncheck Enable.

Blizzard right down sucks at anything UI/UX related - its like they are stuck in 1980 with all their UI and in-game connection for them
Like this dumbarse… who wakes up and says I think we need to move all are setting and rename them to some dambarse backend rl systems name - they don’t seem to know how to make anything better but hire awesome artist!!!
