Coming back after a bit of a break… do I recall that the rogue would heal when stealthed or did this change? Thanks!
That was during bfa with the lying in wait conduit or with old soothing darkness which was also changed to only vanish / shadow dance activation.
Recuperate (df version) is the only similar option to that. Both Soothing darkness and recuperator are shared talents (for clarification purposes).

SND has it now with a talent. and crimson vial is just a 30 sec cooldown… granted rogues have some of the lowest self healing of any class.
I think in PVE you want avoidance and in pvp you want speed.
avoidance works well for pvp too… but yes its useful for pve moreso.
pvp… dont really need that much speed. rogue is the most mobile class.
regen leech on cloak is the most useful.
Only works for the initial application of SnD. If SnD doesnt fall off and you reapply SnD then it will never heal again. Recup talent not worth taking

Have it on mine and speed on other body pieces, sprint up to 166% i think when i stealth and sprint. Pretty insane.
definitely recommend regen leech on cloak
