Healing Mouse over stock Raid Frames

I’ve used a half dozen mouse over macros, with a the stock ui-
say…
/use [@mouseover,help,nodead][help,nodead][@player] Flash of Light

Which works when moused over a player- but I want to use this when mousing over a players name/raid icon. I’m sure I can get this to work via mod, but I’d rather not. I’ve googled and googled, and just can’t get anything to work via stock ui.

Works as-is unless you have it bound to a mouse key in which case you’ll need an addon like Clique.
