So spent some time these last few weeks healing as an evoker and i have to say the mastery just feels wierd.off to me. Sure the concept of, “you heal more if your have a higher % health than target” may sound nice but it feels terrible if you are equal or less health than the targets.
This most often occurs in raid damage when everyone is losing health. So if you don’t stack Stam or Verse to reduce your damage or give you a higher max health % compared to other you lose the entirety of your mastery benefit when healing (untill you can get back up).
Perhaps if you have a leech type effect hooked into the mastery to help maintain having a higher health or outright max health increase from mastery this might sound better. As it stands currently i just can’t say i support this version of healing mastery.
I’d almost kinda wish the mastery (just spitballing an idea) would just healing back a portion of damage done. Kinda like how reverberation does right now but base that off mastery. At least then it would not matter if your health was lower and that way you would not risking losing any benefit from mastery like you do now.
