On my shaman I am having issues keeping folks up. Healing in sod battlegrounds feels non impactful. Anyone else feel this.

Healing seems fine unless MS is up on the target.(which is also fine) The biggest issue I see is people being in a bad position/undergeared. If they get focused by a few players it is over for them. At least for a solo healer. If you have multiple healers keeping people up is 100% doable in team fights.
