Hey guys,
I ran couple of RSS tonight and found that damage is off the roof and healing seems to be down. Especially when dampening kicks in, it’s impossible to heal anyone within their offensive cooldown, there’s 0 margin.
Cant test tuning properly in last seasons gear. Just wait till gear comes out.

This is like a pre-patch phase.
They will make balance changes about 2 week into the season after one or two specs have had their chance to ruin the game for everyone else.
Then it will be mostly dead with high queue times until the last 3 weeks.

my arms warrior can do 1m DPS against pvp dummy instead of 750k before
I think fury got some buffs as well
Ret got a tiny bit
Overall plate is trash atm w/ battle trance and Dk pushed even further down, but Arms may be S tier?
Lotta pve changes came in that are intended to be based off of max lvl pve gear. PVE tuning will happen end of this week, next week, and then lilely pvp tuning 2 weeks after that.
