I only off spec heal at times but i use healing overlays like vuhdo. Its so useful for healing. It can be a little confusing for people to set up for the first time but its as easy as click on the name and it casts your heal on that target. You can also adjust the scale of the ui.
I think people use to use healbot. If theres a new better healing addon now im not sure what is most popular
