Healing addon - Heal displayed on "targets" head?

So…trying to find an addon that will show the heal I do as a healer on the "targets’ head.

built in combat scrolling doesn’t do it…(odd). Found an addon called “show my heal” which unfortunately ONLY has the option to show the heals on top of my own head. Maybe I’m alone in this, but I’d also like to see the heal pop over my targets head…am I nuts? lol

Is there anything that actually does that that’s easily setup and won’t mess with other stuff?

Show my heal is currently your only real solution. I’d suggest just playing with the settings to make it look as close to what you want as possible and get used to it.

well that’s the problem, there doesn’t appear to be any setting that put sthe healing number on the TARGETS head. It just does it on mine like I was healing myself with a name in parens. not really what I was after.

As far as I know, the way Classic is coded makes it not possible. It even says so on some of the scrolling combat text addons I checked out.

yeah, there’s no option for that. That’s why I said, play with the settings to at least make it look similar to what you’re used to.

Like, green text, change the fonts, disable the overheal part.

Usually when healing I’m looking at unit frames, not players’ heads. Especially in instances or pvp. Curious as to why you like to see the numbers over the other player instead of over your own or your frames?

Does it matter why? lol…taht’s what I like to see. Chain heal being the obvious reason, helps you get a feel for the jumps, distance etc etc.

Kind of hard to believe it couldn’t be done code-wise, very odd. hmmm

Can’t do that in classic. You can show the healing you do on others but only in one specific location on screen. I use Mik’s Scrolling Battle Text Classic Quickfix.
