Healers shouldn’t have kick

I don’t know if we needed another thread for this, but healers having a kick makes sense in the current PVP ecosystem. Obviously pruning a lot of abilities, including CC DRs, may also mean limiting ways to stop said CC.

However, a big complaint of healers was that they didn’t feel they had enough agency to win games - and I think this change only takes away from that. Guess we’ll see!

And I think its bad for SS healers. Maybe not for arena players
