It’s very strong, no doubt. And it doesn’t take longer, at least not with a monk healer who can dps while also healing. I expect the fun police to nerf it pretty soon though.
Lol you not played him in the goblin delve where hes knocked into the green and wont get out. He won’t reposition. I die a few times but im also undergeared aand learning mw heals lol

why do people complain so much when heals or tanks have a decent time at something? are we supposed to suffer just because it makes dpsers feel better about their own activities?
That’s exactly what the updated delve difficulty is though.
I’m breezing through T11 delves with Bran specced Healer and I have to actually try my hardest to even proc the free cheat death as Arms.
This is a stark contrast to how it was doing T11s as protection in S1 where every single pack was meticulous in pulling one by one and then getting ready for the unique mobs to go in dry. T11s as dps in S1? forget about it.
Yes they should have the mobs fire random lasers at the healer or have Brann’s health constantly spiking so that the healer can’t even blink

Well there’s an idol in S2 that requires the you to dispel or damage bots that’ll stun Brann if they reached him, seeing rage idol and that curio coming in S2, Blizzard is adding a risk/reward factor to healers should they go that route. That’s pretty neat.
This is likely the result of the tuning changes. In s1, t11s were tuned for a myth 6 ilvl. In s2, t11s will be tuned for a champ 8 / hero 4 ilvl. If the current delves were likewise adjusted with 11.1, you’re a bit overgeared, so they should be easy. T11s are noticeably easier than they were a few weeks ago, even on dps classes. We’ll have to wait and see how things shake out when the real season starts.
Particularly if you’re a healer that knows to DPS between keeping Tank Brann strong it’s a particularly easy way to do delves at the moment.

rage idol caught me lacking on my fistweaver in 11s my bran died twice in the clear when I was busy punching things ignoring him
I think the issues with Brann Tank are less about his strong dps, or his magnet threat, and more with his snapping.
Currently you can basically pull half a delve and he will snap them to him, immediately getting aggro. Now as a DPS that is dangerous cause he eventually dies. Plus he is a moron with regards to where he tanks them. Often on top of bad stuff.
But as a healer, if you keep him alive… This might be the new META for the last boss. Heal and avoid stuff, and let Brann do the rest.
That snapping needs to go, to bring some level of danger to pulling recklessly.
not sure but bran will be much stronger he currently has his healing increase and hp increase locked till s2 officially starts
I have a level 35’ish Brann and I speed run Rank 8 and higher delves w/ my tank Brann. Zero deaths, much easier than playing with a group. I can do substantial DPS, but my Brann feels like he really pumps.
I’m sure next season it’ll be tougher, as of right now I have 640 ilvl. It’s a pure nuke fest, but I’m curious if low level healers have a much different point of view. Don’t ask for nerfs or changes right before a patch, we are all about to get much weaker. WE SHOULD be blasting right now, it’s the end of a patch.
As far as I can tell, aside from his abilities he gets from leveling up, Brann more or less scales to our own item level. Or at least, he’s always had exactly the same max HP as I do when I’m delving solo. I don’t see why that would change in s2, unless I’m misunderstanding and you’re talking about something different.
