Healer godmode is exhausting

Really tired of healers being essentially invulnerable in pvp and having unlimited mana. It’s exhausting and unfun. I’m sure healers will disagree because they’re eating right now, they’re so full of Blizzard’s roasted turkey that they’re going to burst. Can we tone it down a little please? It’s ridiculous.

The game is designed around healers getting crowd controlled.

Only discs and preservations. Other healers aren’t that powerful

Disc is the only healer I feel is ruining the game

From 2s to sparks quest. Too much damage and unkillable. Also everywhere lol can’t forget that one

yeah aside from disc and pres, which do both oom eventually albeit slowly, this is a male human melee player with helm showing, mismatched mog, and generic alt code name opinion

to be fair, a lot of them are still stuck in HLX/MLX/god comp CC from back in mop (12 year anniversary in 6 days btw; we’ve all gotten old)

If healers were tuned to be killable by the average bg denizen they’d explode a minute into every arena match.

It’s just bad marketing. There’s prob millions of gamers that don’t know about wow arena but would play it actively if they did.

Thats why game shouldn’t be balanced around healers. ALL should play as DPS with huge HP pools.

Ya garbage marketing/appeal is why wow doesn’t really have new players these days.

If u are a young high T gamer looking for a game to waste your life on would you be more interested in seeing Grom leap through flames to destroy a demon lord or would you rather watch anduin cry to thrall about his feelings?

In pvp it absolutely should. Hate to break it to you but no one should ever die in arena if the healer is free casting. Locking them down, or ooming them should be required.

Having said that they need to reduce the need for CDs to land kills. Baseline damage across the board should be higher with burst damage from CDs lowered so that kills can happen more often instead of playing “tickle each other while waiting for CDs” game.

They also should bring back versions of mana burn/drain, viper string, etc so healers going oom is actually something you can fight around instead of just playing a waiting with damage and dampening.

Because having alternative ways of attack beyond DPS is apparently to much to ask some people.

Name a sucessfull pvp game that is balanced around healers, im curious, i want to measure it, because all big pvp games in my mind aren’t balanced around healers
