I went to change my spells around on my Druid, and I no longer have the option to put spells under “click” or “shift click” etc… it’s only allowing for mouse healing and I don’t even have a gaming mouse. I’m sure I just clicked something wrong but I can’t figure out how to get back to the “Spells” Where I can put the spells in. : ( Any help would be sooooo appreciated!
On the left side is the menu tree did you click off it to a different thing than spells? They have akin options etc
Not really “help with healbot” but my wife is a Resto Druid and she learned to play with Healbot but it was constantly giving her the same issues. Or resetting itself.
I hooked her up with mouseover macros and the default blizz raid frames with class colors and roles enabled, and she is much happier. Just thought it was worth mentioning.
If you really make a mess of things there’s a defaults button at the bottom of the healbot window.
No idea. I’ve never seen that happen before in Healbot. Mine has always been stable.
You can ask on the Healbot website too. They’re really good about answering within a day.
I would recommend switching to Clique, it’s much easier to use and essentially does the same thing as mouse over macros.
Honestly I’ve thought about Clique, just so used to Healbot. But If I can’t get my spells back I may have to! lol ty!
Healbot website is a great idea! Thank you!
look into vuh’do and dump healbot.
it works very well and it’s easy to set clicks with modifiers like shift/alt/control
You should charge for your service to hook people up with mouseover macros for healing lol thanks for the response I may be forced to try that!
I’m definitely on “Spells”… and the options to put spells in are “left” “middle” “right” “button 4” “button 5” INSTEAD of “click” “shift click” “control click”. I feel like it’s something so simple but I can’t figure it out! Thank you for answering tho
Oh! It works with the clicks! oh I’m going to check it out! ty!
i’ve used vuh’do since wotlk days. it’s a great healing addon - it can track buffs (hots) on the frames as well.
So does healbot. Healbot also shows debuffs.
I tried vuhdo but it seemed to need more hand holding to get it working than healbot which does it right out of the box so its what i stuck with personally.
I think healbot is a resource hog and not as customizable frame wise as vuhdo tho
Default raid frames with mouseover macros. All you need.
The only downside is you cant see more than 3 hots at a time which makes it annoying for druids
Enhanced raid frames addon helps with that. Shows you all your druid hots as well as other stuff, like a glowing border on a party member about to take targeted incoming damage.
