My headset has been broken for awhile and I’m tired of my music sounding so bad. Anyone got recommendations? I’ve bought like 3 of these Logitech gaming headsets and they break super easily. Need something durable
Any particular one?
Leaning towards the Razer BlackShark V2 from stuff I’ve read, but idk. There’s so much to choose from.
Razer Barracuda X Wireless Gaming & Mobile Headset (PC, Playstation, Switch, Android, iOS): 2022 Model - 2.4GHz Wireless + Bluetooth - Lightweight 250g - 40mm Drivers - 50 Hr Battery - Mercury White https://a.co/d/e58PodE
I recommend getting a cable for it. I don’t use it in wireless mode. The mic was quiet in wireless mode, but it’s an extremely comfortable headset. If you plug it in, you don’t need to charge it. It was designed to not break. Mine has fallen off of my desk 100 times and it’s fine.
ROG Deltas. Great headset never had any audio issues or problems in general, only ever had to return these once just because I abuse my wired headsets by not untangling them.
I just use normal headphones, not gaming specific ones. They’re called Bose QC 35II’s, they’re seriously the most comfortable headphones i have ever had, i think there’s a new model out called the QC 45’s or something though.
You know what they say about Bose. All highs, no lows.
I have never heard that expression, is that an audiophile thing or something? lol
It’s a joke my RL makes. A healer in my guild has a brand new Bose headset that’s extremely poor quality.
Steelseries for keyboards. Logitech for mice. Razer for headsets.
That’s a shame, the QC series (up until recently) were pretty much the best ANS headphones you could get and all new models were automatically compared to and reviewed against them. They’re not the best anymore or anything, but for a long time they were the yard stick by which all others were compared to
I use this for listening to tunes while I am working or doing things around the house. They seem to have incredible wireless range.
Hmm, might go with these. I think I’d like a wireless set since one of the reasons these are probably breaking on me is because of how much I pull the wire, idk.
I use these, but not for gaming. They’re wired though and pretty expensive. The sound is amazing in both highs and lows.
