Heads up! Something Went Wrong

Hey ya’ll, hope you’re doing fantastic!

I’m not one of those who can say that my day is going great, because as of today, my payment method page is bugged AGAIN.

I can’t even put my credit card info, before it shows me the pop-up saying ''Heads up! Something Went Wrong".

Already tried my luck with support tickets but they told me the same thing 5 times in a row, even after me saying that I already did everything they told that would ‘‘resolve’’ my problem.

Found some oldies on the forums having the same issues, but nobody’s from Brazil, and here, we don’t have Paypal nor any other way of paying the WoW subscription except credit cards (or debit cards, if yours truly have a dual-type card).

With the price of the 1-month sub reaching R$40 bucks, and the 60-day time costing almost R$90, I’m without hope of being able to get back on the game for my dragon soul and firelands raid…

(PS: Last month I used the same card and it worked.)
