Well, it’s one of like two times a year the Headmistress / Headmaster title is available. So, guess what I’m doing with my alts. Yup, repetitively doing the same content over and over and over and over and over because for some reason the title isn’t account-wide. Why is this a per-character title, Blizz? More than that, why is this still a per-character title, Blizz?

Yeah, I know someone with the key can take other people there (if they’ve done the zone quest chain to the point where they can get though the academy door) but don’t really have anyone around. The constant flow of revelations of Blizzard being a trashfire has driven all my guildies to other games.

Lowkey looking forward to the reports Blizzard will receive when you can have your character use various pronouns…

That implies people have one. Sometimes there’s a brain, others it’s just hot air.

Headmaster covers the whole spectrum! Unless you lack a head, then I can’t help you.

they just haven’t earned it. have they? titles are showing accomplishments and they have not accomplished the … acomplishment.

That’s a silly take.

Imagine if your toys, pets, transmog and mounts had to be earned on every character on your account in order for your alts to be able to access them.

Its honestly annoying to get. I have the key and every now and then my friend asks me to get her the title… sometimes I have to do all the rune things and what not just to trigger the fight again… if you dont have someone with the key its even worse.

It’s a title that is tied to archeology, so it’s kind of a pain in the neck to unlock.

It’s important for RP purposes.

So, if i create a fresh character now, it won’t have titles at all???.. because Blizzard actually enables a lot of titles account wide. This issue like a lot of issues is because Blizzard doesn’t have a standard, this is not a black/white scenario, there’s plenty of examples that can go against your POV.

you don’t find it in the least bit disturbing to have the title of content you cant physically zone into?

cacophonies such as questing in BRD with the “Killed heroic Ragnaros 25man” title on must be a bit weird as you discovered what evil the dark iron dwarves are hiding…

You realise “replayability” was baked into the last 3 expansions, right? You can’t get the full story unless you backtrack stuff you’ve already done.

Actually no, that depends of your POV, Blizzard keeps changing stuff, previous expansion Gladiator mounts could only be used by characters who earned that reward, now those can be used by any character on the account. The whole idea of character unique titles,mounts…etc at roleplay level as you mentioned may be impacted but there’s also the user friendly aspect of this being a game that right now is used by a playerbase that likes a lot the alt concept and for some players alts are just another race/class not a new character to repeat some progress already achieved.

Also, roleplay can be fixed by the own player by not using title until that character does the same progress…
