I tried a few of the enchants and the only one that didn’t suck was Gushing Wound.
For MM gushing wound is best on single target and void ritual is best on AOE, if you’d like to check which is best for your spec they have a neat list on wowhead:

I simmed em, they’re all within 0.2% of one another. Since they’re all basically the same, I took twisted appendage for even more tentacle bros
