Not to mention there's a quest to kill an abomination being made by the horde outpost there.
Like the forsaken are scooping up civilians of stormsong and already are making abominations out of them. (Though there is a cathartic counter attack where you take over a goblin mech and absolutely raze the outpost).

At least they named it appropriately.
Lorewise, I feel like the Forsaken shouldn't be in the Horde at all, especially not leading them. But this is a MMO so of course they have ti stay.
So even during times when the Horde is trying to be good and reform itself, it is all undercut by letting the forsaken do their thing.
Horde PoV during the campaign you take advantage of a dieing tide mage and his love for his family. Lillian (who is now strangely cool with the forsaken) brings him back frlm the dead (per his request) even though she knows his family won't accept a zombie as their father.
All of this happens in front of Rexxar because reasons.

Okay, there's 1 free 370 item every 3 weeks plus the World Boss and slim TF chances.
I think in the process of getting 2 axes and 1 polearm I also got 4+ of the same cloak (2 alone from the quests Monday) and probably 6+ of the same pants. Some color variations would have been nice at least.
Used all my good RNG getting the 2nd ax and polearm on my last 2 Warfronts before the timer.
The threads on General Discussion every time a Weapon emissary comes up and it's the Polearm for BM hunters, anything but a strength weapon for Ret, everything but a dagger for Rogues, and no 1 handers for FDK is always fun though.
I'll admit that I am getting tired of this crap SV's getting about the utility it brings. It's got close to, if not the highest baseline utility of any melee spec in the game.

But it is still melee. Those specs are a dime a dozen. Make it something 100% unique, like a Dragoon style or a beast rider or gtfo, imo.

I think that really is the major issue. My arena buddy and I were talking the other day. He doesn't go to the forums or anything like that mind you.
He was complaining to me how he felt the game is oversaturated with melee. He was having a hard time finding ranged for M+ and has noted it is a consistent problem.
He was annoyed and made the comment that they haven't added a ranged spec at all to the game. I had to point out that not only was he right, but they removed one.
As cool as Survival is, I think making it melee was one of the biggest mistakes they've done with the class. I don't mind keeping it, but I think the old survival really should be brought back in some form.
Or at least another ranged class in the future.

It is unique, the problem is that people need to look at it objectively, and they don't. It's great at a lot of things, but masters none of them. Have it put out serious numbers and see it rise.

I don't think that Blizzard's in control anymore. When there was a lot of ranged, we saw the same thing. Then again, we got told we were the face rollers by easier classes at the time.
Well, let's see what's going on with the ptr soon.
My "predictions" (or rather "pipe dreams") are that somehow aimed shot can be used while moving, explosive trap and bursting shot are made to not fail 90% of the time, explosive shot is transformed into the WotLK beta in where it was a pulsing aoe from target, Chimera shot and Kill Shot added back in.
"Saurfang, Tyrande, and Vol'jin story lines will be advanced." Upcoming in the new patch.
Is it bad that I somehow pictured Vol'jin's body being restored but he's still dead? Like a weekend at bernie's kind of thing?

It is unique, the problem is that people need to look at it objectively, and they don't. It's great at a lot of things, but masters none of them. Have it put out serious numbers and see it rise.
It really doesn't feel unique at all to me. Just feels like an Unholy DK pigeonholed into a polearm. Then again, I haven't touched it since Legion so what do I know.

Nah, I'm good. I do miss zoo mode, though. I really liked when that was a highly viable go to.
