Viral has a long history of retail based progression during Burning Crusade/Wotlk/Cata; being on of the Top 100 NA Guilds with various contentions for Server Firsts/World Firsts. As one of the original Viral members in Retail Progression during these days, I have put the guild back together after some various guild splits in classic have occurred over the past year. With this, Viral is back and ready to hit the ground preparing for Firelands and inevitably Dragon Soul aiming for contention of being a top HC Progression Guild on Faerlina.
We are currently looking for the right mindset of players for progression who are willing to progress, perform under stress, dedicate the time to doing so and building the foundation that Viral was known for during the retail days.
We prioritize ourselves on 10M HC; however; if/when able, will progress with 25M HC just the same when the right composition and total of people are available/prepared and ready to go.
Current core group is 6/13H 10/25M and aiming to fill the missing holes since the splitting occurred from the prior guild due to various communication/lack of dedication.
Raid Schedule: Currently, we World Tour Saturday 5pm CST until 9pm CST (6-10pm EST). This is subject to change due to the guild split, but will be discussed/polled to determine the best schedule to accommodate everyone’s needs.
10M HC Openings:
- Tank: Bear Tank/Prot Pally
- Healers: Resto Druid/Disc Priest/Holy Paladin
- Fire Mage
If your class and/or specialization is not listed above feel free to reach out as we are ALWAYS looking for dedicated and exceptional players specifically with intent on building a 25M HC Core Group as well as a secondary 10M HC Group.
Raiding Expectations:
Reliability: Sign up for the raids in a timely fashion and have consistent week-to-week attendance. Utilize discord channels appropriately to notify about any potential upcoming or planned absences so we can fill or rotate others in/out. Communicate any short-term/immediate absence ASAP, to give time to find a replacement for your role.
Preparedness: Know your class, watch the content videos and know the boss fights at a high level. Come to raid fully gemmed/enchanted/reforge. Have and use full consumes throughout entire raid time despite having availability to cauldrons/feasts/etc…
