Loot System: We will be using a addon/website/discord bot called “Thats My Bis”, a tool to help streamline how we award loot with a loot council system with loot sheets.
Raiding Expectations:

Reliability: Sign up for raids in a timely fashion and maintain consistent week-to-week attendance. Utilize Attendance channel and Team channel to notify about upcoming/planned absences. Communicate any short-term/immediate absence ASAP, to give time to find a replacement.

Preparedness: Know your class, watch the videos and know the boss fights at a high level. Come to raid fully gemmed/enchanted/reforged. Have and use full consumes throughout entire raid time.

Disclaimer: If you appear to be losing interest in raiding, are consistently underperforming, having attendance issues, etc., you may be moved to the Part-Timer role.
Late Bloomers is a guild of players that have been raiding together since the birth of Classic. Following our success as a guild in WotLK, we lost a handful of players due to real life schedule changes. We are back in Cataclysm and ready to hit the ground running. Having gone 13/13H 10 Man we are currently recruiting 1-2 exceptional players to join us in making a 25 Man roster as we quickly clear this raid tier and prepare for Firelands.
