Where are you able to transfer your dead Doomhowl characters once the anniversary realms progress to TBC?

We don’t know - one of the many question that needs answering.
I suspect they will retire doomhowl and merge it back into defias pillager at the end of phase 6. But blizzard has not said what their official plan is yet.
