Wondering if those two parts of the game are going to be eventually included and when things are moving forward to TBC…

There will be no HC battlegrounds, and no HC PvP server. PvP has little viability in a HC environment. You can disagree with that statement if you like, but Blizzard hasn’t Indicated in anyway that they feel differently.so there would be no date They are simply unlikely to add NON-HC activities to a HC server, so all those who simply want to be able to suicide at will in PvP, likely won’t get their wish either. That said if you really want to do a HC BGs, the option for war-games should be available, though I suspect no groups have done a single one yet.
TBC for the Normal/PvP environments shows to look like it will go live likely with prepatch in Dec 2025 and launch in the January February timeframe, based on the timeline Blizzard showed in their launch announcement. What happens with the HC Anniversary server is unknown, in fact the only thing we know is that the PVP and Normal Server will go to TBC, thats it, not if there will be any offramp, or way to clone if people want to stay in Classic and not move to TBC. We also don’t know if it will be a permanent TBC server like many want.
After the transition, for HC there are two possibilities, it remains part of the Anniversary cluster, but with a cap of 60, and no access to anything TBC related, but where it can transfer to the PvE Normal TBC server on death. The other option, it gets moved into the ERA cluster where its gets to transfer to ERA servers like Defies and Skullrock can. Either way, we don’t know yet and there hasn’t been any responses to questions about the future of the servers.
No battlegrounds is the only thing stopping me from playing hardcore…the game is just too boring for me without the variety that gameplay option brings
I can see battlegrounds working if it was for level 10 characters. People can create and level to 10 in one day to play each or every couple of days.
Also if once a game starts no new players are allowed to join. That increases the survivability of the winning team members.
