Omnipotence!
We’re an AOTC+ Guild where our main goal is both AOTC, bettering ourselves as players, and creating an environment full of people we could easily sit down and have a meal with on a daily basis. People joining VC on a close to daily basis, even when not playing WoW is something we enjoy - we’re all friends here and are welcoming to people who join in we haven’t met before! Banter, jabs, Dad jokes, and more.
Who We Are:
- A Community of Gamers: Most of us are in our late 20’s and early 30’s. We have families and understand that Life > Game.
- AOTC Is Our Bare Minimum Requirement: This means our expectation is AOTC and we will do what is necessary to achieve that, even if it’s asking those that are underperforming to sit out. This hasn’t been the case for a long time, but there is the possibility. We’re an AOTC+ guild. That is the expectation.
- Future Aspirations: We want to push into Mythic. We understand this will likely be a slow process due to the amount of recruiting that needs done, but we would like to build up a consistent 20 man core Mythic team with low expectations at first. We taper expectations as well, so for now, our goal is 1/8M while recruiting. Next tier it might be 2/8M. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH THAT MYTHIC WILL BE CASUAL PROG.
- M+ Focus On Off Nights: Many of our members average 2.5k to 2.8k IO while others push 3k io and higher.
Raid Days & Times
- Wednesday & Thursday | 8 PM EST - 11 PM EST (5 PM PST - 8 PM PST |—|—| 6 PM MST - 9 PM MST |—|—| 7 PM CST - 10 PM CST)
- During Progression: Our goal is to get into Heroic ASAP. We go until we get AOTC and then we clear once a week every week for people that still need gear for personal M+ goals and aspirations. (We recently agreed that going in every week with the goal to improve on execution of mechanics and kill times was necessary to start recruiting people who are also interested in breaking into Mythic).
- After Progression: As stated above, we still clear once a week on Heroic. Our other raid night is used for (currently) Pugging Mythic. However, until we fill out all 20 slots, this night might start out with pugging, then end up doing M+, alt run, play other games together, achievement runs, etc. We use these nights as community nights to play with friends.
Loot Rules
- Only Hard Rule Is: Don’t be a jerk. Got a piece already? Pass on the next. We’re a community full of friends. We progress faster and have a better time all around when we gear at the same pace. Don’t be a butthead over items.
What We’re Looking For
- **Non-Shammy Healers |—| Warlock |—| Mage |—| Rogue |—| Evoker (but anybody is welcome - we just need more ranged!)
- Core Raiders: People who know their class and are willing to take the time necessary to improve. If you don’t know what training dummies are, this isn’t the place for you. We are always looking to improve and we expect the same of others as well. We’re also looking for laid back, friendly people, who are good with banter, dad jokes, and having a good time!
- M+ Enjoyers
- Social Players: People will join us in VC and hangout. We spent a lot of time on our Discord to ensure it’s a place where you can be social.
