Are there any changes in the pipe?
The state of havoc is insulting. As someone that has played this game for 20 y, I am telling you this is a major let down.
Everything in the patch note regarding havoc does not fix anything about the class and hunters/mages getting rework worthy amount of changes.
Be honest, is there someone working on havoc and if so, considering the amount of videos and discord feedback given already, how can we be of more help to whoever want to fix the class?

You know they don’t like to comment on things like this. But the answer is No.

havoc looks worse in 11.1 than now.

I somewhat disagree. Reason being, they are giving us the DF S3 Tier Set, which makes all of our Throw Glaive talents live. But we lost Any Means Necessary, which knee caps our AoE and Single Target respectively, Im sure this isnt all were getting, but, let them cook. This is just the first round of talent changes, so keep an open mind. Though, lol in our case, expect to be disappointed.

It’s definitely worse than it is currently… Tuning definitely hasn’t happened yet but we’re being forced into AR with almost no changes to it so have fun losing like 20% dps target swapping.

I dont honestly think we’re ever gonna go AR, that just seems out of the question at this point, give it the PTR cycle, we’ll see how things turn out, though I do agree, AR is absolute poo at the moment and needs reworking.

current estimates are FS is 40% worse going into 11.1 than AR. so… yeah
The removal of Any Means Necessary without some kind of well-scaling compensation there is a horrible idea. Also, if any part of the tree needed some love it was the right side - momentum style builds are terrible. Small dps windows are terrible. What are you doing, Blizzard?

Zlaer showed up in the DH discord earlier and had some comments regarding this change (I think). It’s pinned in the havoc-discussion channel; I’m not going to copy/paste it here, because it probably needs more context you could find in that channel.
As is there are two issues that needs addressing.
Dont release uncomplete changes and please make a single ptr patch with most of them
As is, this just riles up the DH community that has suffered from shameful neglect for over a year.
If you are going to make changes to havoc, take into consideration the feedback given since alpha and do a complete rework. Considering the quality and thoughts gone through designing coherent trees for hunters, we, as havoc player, expect nothing but the same: a coherent visibly well thought out design and fixes of all the issues of havoc with courageous and inventive addition of new spells wherever necessary.
Finally: cut down on the complexity. There is NO NEED to make the spec more complex than say retribution paladin. complex does not mean fun nor clever.
Cut down the bloat.
I used to hold very strong views against ever porting wow into console. I now see it as may be a saving grace if all dev and designers are forced to be inventive to cut the bloat and rotation of classes and reduce drastically the complexity of rotations to make them fit less buttons. Wow has become a buff/debuff chasing and guessing game in many ways.
