Summarized here better than I could do on my own. A lot of the bugs are TWW/hero talent specific but the feeling of the class not receiving as much attention as other classes has been persistent for several expansions(most anecdotal accounts say since Shadowlands), exacerbated by Evoker getting their 3rd spec months after release while DH still gets told there’s no ideas/story reason for them to get a 3rd spec.
