When I pick up the Azerite Bombs it tells me to bomb a ship but no bombs are in my bags and this is a campaign quest so I can’t do anything to continue

We troubleshoot crashes and install issues in here.
Try the fixes listed in the comments. Note especially it won’t work if you are flying.
