Having trouble with phasing in Dalaran for the order hall quests

I have a boosted priest im trying to open the priest order hall for. Its been such a pain due to all the phases being different. I finally had a friend make a toon and party sync just to be able to accept the NPC quest for priest legendary. Ive finally complete the quest and go back to Dalaran to try and turn it in only to have no npc at the quest icon. Ive tried phasing and party syncing and still can not get the npc to show up. I submit a ticket and was told there are no hints :expressionless:

One suggestion was to do the harbinger quest line but i cant even turn it in because… its phased for the war within content. Does anyone know of a work around to be able to turn this quest in?

same issue here. i did the event instead and ignored my line totally

same boat and a lot of people are having phasing issues. “they say they are aware and working on it” but they also keep saying it will work when the launch happens. then the day after during maintenance hotfix, then they said the developers fixed it, but oh wait so many people are still having the same issue. so now its ‘they are aware’ and don’t know nothing

Same issue here, trying to get my class order hall mount but Khadgar isn’t in the Violet Hold so I cannot accept the Uniting the Isles quest… Super frustrating!

Same issue. Done Harbinger quest, TWW intro. Map shows the quest Uniting the Isle but hes not at the citadel. Its been a couple weeks now that I cant progress the class hall quests.

just checked today again. dropped all addons. re downloaded the game etc. still no khadgar in citadel or Kraus’ landing. can’t start sumar, united isles, falling star, etc. they are all locked behing khadgar.

idk why they picked legion dalaran todo this. they should have picked the dalaran from Karazhan there is nothing going on there and its easier to get to from orgimmar anyway.

they have had weeks to fix the issue and have done nothing. at lease take the things that are hidden behind legion quests and make them available. they should not be hidden behind several expansions ago stuff.

Same, I’ve a couple of characters that used the radiant memories event to reach 70 and are now stuck without legion Khadgar

Checked today after reset, still cant find him

same. i was hopeful they would have done a hot fix as it has been weeks now and so many people having issues. but i check each day and the same thing. the quest is there but no NPC at Citadel or the Landing. completely bricked.
