Having to refarm an honor set for s2 is so cringe

literally in an elite s1 set and i have to go farm blues like a pesante to be able to queue shuffle

just disable the old tier set in arena

They nerfed it by half. :dracthyr_blob_dance_animated: Their solution to the transition from Crimson to Obsidian might not have been perfect but I think that only needing 11,000 honor per character each season is…reasonable.

Especially since it rolls over.

And there’s nothing to spend honor on.

I agree this is annoying. Was gonna do some games on my main DK then found out I can’t cuz ilvl was too low. Just logged off instead.

What annoys me is spending all season getting my pve ilvl to 408 from hitting elite, just to drop it back down to 366 because the blue gear has better PvP scaling. Like what? I don’t even PvE, it just annoys me to see my numbers drop when “upgrading” my gear.

I honestly wonder if it’d be a healthy change to make the ilvl of the new PvP blues be the same as the elite from last season just for a feeling of ilvl continuity because now when I’m rocking my new PvP set I’m actually a lower ilvl when doing open world content (unless it’s in a PvP zone) and it doesn’t feel good to feel weaker in new gear without spending even more honor to upgrade it just to be on par with my old set.

I know I can just have both sets of gear and swap them depending on activity but when I’m in war mode I don’t want to have to be looking around for enemies all the time so I know when to hot swap.

Maybe make PvP gear retain the PvP ilvl when in war mode? (If it already does this I’m gonna look like a real silly billy).

Or maybe have a token you can buy with honor that upgrades the PvP ilvl of your old season gear, so you still need to farm a bit of honor (though to be honest, that felt irrelevant since I imagine everyone was already honor cap).

Yeah this I can agree with, the honor gear should have at least 408 pve ilvl.
