It should be part of a new system that allows a space, hyphen or apostrophe in names.

I canāt see the benefit of that, I think it would look like you made a typo and didnāt correct it in time.
However, Iād love to see the option for creating multiple word names within a specific space range. For example: Ruby Gnomekicker (for those who like punting us Gnomes) or Gorkrog of Zaladar or Jim the Stonemason, etc.
ESO (my much quoted other gaming source) permits multiple word names, if they fit within the number of letters/spaces allowed, arent already in use and donāt break their naming rules. Iād love to be able to give my toons clever, creative names.
And nearly everyone else would a different perspective, that proper names are capitalized. Your personal aesthetic occupies a place of overwhelming minority, and doesnāt need to be catered to just so you feel represented.
For instance, the full name of my character is Roxxye Wrenchwench.
