I just bought a new computer 2 days ago.
I9-13900K
rtx-3090
1200w power supply
DDR4 64G of Ram
Crucial P5 Plus 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 SSD
window 11

Having massive fps drop for a second and back to normal randomly, this happens every 10 to 20 min. And it doesn’t matter where I am, it just happen ramonly.
Feels like everything freeze for a micro second and then back to smooth gameplay.

Xbox Overlay, antivirus, and the SteelSeries capture utility are all reporting errors. Start by disabling each to see if they’re the cause (probably #1 or #3).
