I’m trying to get the achievement for hardmode Tazavesh so I can get the mount, but following the solo guide Fe’tajid isn’t at the beginning of the instance. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
U need the neck from the bar boss. Then u reset and do hard mode.
And u need to activate it and not alarm the guards
Just a heads up, you won’t be able to remove So’leah’s 99% damage reduction solo in the hardmode, because you need to hit all 5 relics with the same Hyperlight Bolt, which is not possible solo, so either bring friends, or bring snacks because it took my Hunter an hour to dps through it in 10.0 lol. If you still decided to solo it, I would recommend turning dialogue audio down for the last boss, because they spam the same 2 voice lines until the relics are disabled, and they get annoying quick.
Copy/pasted from Wowhead. My advice is do these steps on heroic because you can reset it, and because iirc you need to do the achievement on mythic, and this way you don’t need to wait on a lockout.

After the first boss, head down the stairs to the right and hidden in the corner to your right is Questionable Trader.

Buy the
Fraudulent Credentials neck from Questionable Trader on the last page. -
Head to Au’Myza’s Oasis and complete the trading event to learn the password and enter.

Inside Au’Myza’s Oasis, don’t head to the stage. Instead talk with Au’manal who will ask you to exchange your
Fraudulent Credentials for 
Passably-Forged Credentials. -
With your new neck in hand, grab the new quest
Tazavesh: A Hard Bargain and you’re now ready to start Hard Mode!
Now that you have the purple necklace, you need a new instance with all bosses alive, this is why I said earlier to do all the above steps on Heroic. leave the dungeon, and swap to Mythic difficulty. Don’t walk up to the first pack of mobs (if you do the Npc you need will despawn) instead use your new necklace, and talk to Fe’tajid, iirc he was on one of the boat thingies, but I might be misremembering. That should trigger the hardmode, and you can just clear the dungeon “normally” from there.
I got the necklace. When I enter the instance Fe’tajid isn’t where he is in the video that I saw.

EDIT 2: Yep I had to have it on mythic. I feel dumb now haha
