Not sure what’s going on but ran my game on good quality, but now after this new patch my FPS is like 30. Yesterday I was running BRD runs fine 60+ frames even in major cities the same thing, today it was just bad to the point I can’t even play the game.

Same here. Updating driver now hopefully that does it.
Solved it - go to in game menu and go to System -> Advanced and switch Graphics Card box from auto detect to your actual graphics card.

This also worked for me!! I usually hold steady at 100 fps and post patch start-up I was down to below 20. Selected my card from the options and back up to 100 I went. Thanks Gazebo!!
Thank you! I was having the same problem - WoW not using my dedicated GPU after this patch. The first thing I looked for was this option, but I missed it and spent hours doing updates and troubleshooting. Your answer was the solution!
