Have You Purchased Your 1-Year Sub Yet?

Debating - but like the owl I suspect the cat will eventually be able to be bought solo?

Might wait till then

Been a 6 month sub since that started, then a 1 year sub when those started. But I’m not doing it anymore.

The guild bank deleted items bug has shown us that when there is any data loss, they will do very little or nothing about it.

I can no longer justify paying for mounts that can be removed from my account by a bug during a database maintenance, and Blizzard can respond with:

Because the last time I did it they came out with a better reward for a 6 month sub. Burn me once, never again.

Edit: I would have to think really hard on it again though if they lowered the price to like 10.99. Right now there is no difference between a 6 month and a year. After that burn I got it might be worth it at a reduced price.

I’m already on one.

I’ve been subbed, non-stop, since 2005. Then a few years ago, I reasoned to myself: “If you haven’t unsubbed after all these years, at least switch over to a yearly sub rather than a monthly sub. You’d save a bit of money.”

It was sound logic to me. :woman_shrugging:t3:

This right here.

Blizzard has to make this right somehow before they’ll see another penny or gold piece frome ever again.

Most goblins in the game say “time is money”, and look how much time has been robbed from us because of this gbank issue, with very little communication about it, and what little there was being mostly vague and non-committal.

I have to admit I was tempted with that cat mount but I just can’t see wasting real money on this game when I have so much gold

Cat mount is always worth

I would love to…but that’s a lot of money. Everything is too expensive to justify that amount on a game right now.

Previous subscription mounts are on the store right now… One of the current ones is the second one on the front page.

The Trading Post wasn’t out until almost two years ago, so that’s a bad comparison. Tyrael’s Charger is also not a World of Warcraft six month or annual subscription bundle mount…

Funny that you can’t argue with your strawman argument nor my actual one.

I don’t really know if I’ll play WoW the whole year. I like to unsub and play other games from time to time, so it’d be a waste for me.

I cancelled my 1-year sub, and I will not be back because the game is no longer fair or fun.

Considered it, but I rarely ever make it 3 months before taking a long break. Design and balance have been a large bummer lately. Feels more and more unacceptable every expansion that they are worse at figuring out theoretical dps and balance than players.

I don’t care about cosmetics so no.

Warning! Warning! Very mid content ahead!! Better purchase a one year subscription so your boredom doesn’t get the best of you!

I am already overwhelmed with mounts from the last 2 Annual pass. I realized that i rarely use many of them.

And i may play Diablo 4 soon. Well, i want to be flexible for now.

1 year is a steep ask, for any game.

Taking breaks is good, it’ll make the game last longer.

Variety is the spice of life, etc etc.

I also realize, the cosmetics are the main reason for these, and I’ve already got my favorites for everything already- it’d just be wasted on me.

Why would anyone do that when this is the time subs drop off a cliff in an xpac lifecycle?
And this being the worse xpac release there’s been?

you can have low standards, and praise the corporation for lowering your standards by throwing money at them. It’s just not the positive energy you think it is, kiddo. We’re all laughing at you
