I know there were a few abbreviations for it when it was first announced, with “Warthin” deserving special note because of how awful it was, and reminded me of blood thinners.

“TWW” is most common, by far.
“warthin” is like walking around with an “I’m stupid” hat on. I don’t mind if you want to point out that you are dumb, it just makes it easier to know which posts to ignore.

That may be, but until their ruling is overturned I will proceed with the usage of “Warthin”.

As someone looking in on this “debate,” both sides are being ridiculous. It’s an abbreviation, why does it matter so much? Why do people care? We all know what is being referred to when either is used.
So how about everyone just stop caring and let people call it whatever they want.
