I desperately hope this is a bug and not a feature. It’s awful!
I couldn’t even get through the loading screen. Kicked us all out of the queue, then put us on a 15 min Hold time queue again. I would think They would put this as one of the big things to resolve. But it appears they keep ignoring peoples bug reports on this.
