Have these OCE realms been merged?

I have been camping rares in Pandaria in the last week on both Nagrand and Frostmourne and noticed today that someone from Barth had put down a Jeeves at the location of the spawn point. When I logged from Nagrand to FM, the same Jeeves from the same Barth player was there also.

Have these three realms been merged?

That’s exactly what I thought. So it makes no sense that toons from Nagrand, Barthilas and Frostmourne were on the same server while not in a group, etc…

Areas like Pandaria, will just have the 1 shard where all the oceanic realms would connect to, as there isn’t enough traffic to spin up seperate shards.
