Have the Dev Team?

Trimmed WoW down so much that it is now boring? I stopped playing because of how much that has been taken away from the game. Used to be you could really flesh out your character. Used to be jewels in multiple slots, Gear enhancement from enchants, Tailoring, Blacksmithing Leatherworking. Glyphs that would enhance your abilities. Used to be as a tank you would need parry, dodge, block stats on gear. You could build resist sets etc… I really think they dumbed the game down so much, its just dang dull now.

well, yeah. the power drop from legion into bfa was steeper than hero to zero.

i didn’t really feel powerful until i hit item level 350, and even before that it was really embarrassing to die to a surly seal i facepulled with the borkenasusual tab targeting

I never really felt WoW was complicated.

While some things you could say have been made simpler, others have been made more complicated. Its give and take.

If you still needed a resist set, for example, today. The same people would complain and call it an artificial time gate designed to extend content.

It’s more complicated now actually - in the wrong areas. Azerite gear is a nightmare.

The old system didn’t even make sense half the time - anybody that thinks it did is wrong.

If the WoW devs want to add in the old talent system so bad they need to actually do it.

I think warforging should only add secondary stats like Leech and titan-forging should add secondary stats and a gem slot(up to two per item). No more item levels. Gaining item levels through wf/tf has destroyed gearing for me.

I enjoyed it when we were able to enchant most of our gear. The new enchantment system is too shallow. They should bring back the pinnacle of item enhancement, Cata/MoP. Reforging from MoP, and all the profession perks of Cata.
