I have the insane title meaning that at one point i was honored or better with bloodsail rep yet am unable to talk to edward techt. the achievement was done on the same char that im trying to chat with him and also tried on another char just incase.
You need the Avast Ye Admiral feat of strength not the insane feat of strength.
Just because you were honored with a bloodsail buccaneers doesn’t count.
You need to do the quest chain to get the feet of strength while honored with the blood sail
