Have exalted achievement of reputation Death's advance but all character are with neutral reputation

Hi team,

Back to 9.1 I was active and earned achievement of getting exalted in reputation of death’s Advance, but when I’m checking now all of my characters are with 0 rep. Is it some known bug?
