Tailing Supplies vendor won’t sell items despite meeting the requirement of the materials (Bolt of Embersilk) and Cataclysm tailoring lvl 75. WHY??? Furthermore the Tailoring trainer won’t allow me to upgrade either. Why???
If this is a quest with a small amount required. The items for the quest would be in the room. Maybe on a table near you.
