Owl pet for Retail, PLEASE.
Please, Blizzard, give us owl. It’s ridiculous to have pets that are Classic only.

So my question is… what happens in Mists Classic when they have to do it anyway?
mythic Fyrakk mount grants a druid flight form skin to match…not sure the free recolor does that. Would be nice but I’m not holding my breath

Please, stop splitting subscription rewards between game modes. I pay for and primarily play Retail. Thus, I would expect to have access to both rewards in Retail. Similarly, someone that primarily plays Classic would reasonably have the same expectation for their preferred game mode.
Also, the announcement is misleading:
“… when you climb into the saddle of the Charming Courier mount (with Skyriding!) and invite the Swoopy owl pet along for the ride!”
How, exactly, do you propose I do that, if these rewards are not available in all game modes?

Yep, that’s how it worked for me last year when I still had months remaining from the yearly sub, but I’d canceled the auto renew. I had to buy another year, and instantly got the mount.
Ah, yes, I missed that too. So add “false advertising” to the list of undesirables.

Mine are all set to auto renew, I guess I could find the ones with the shortest time remaining and cancel and resub on those. What an annoying thing.
I’d just wait it out. It usually doesn’t take long, not even a day when I’ve had my sub on auto renew. Usually…

I don’t know if this is the right place, but I found a problem with this mount.
Currently if you try to do a ‘‘Dragonrider Racing’’ World Quest while you are using this mount, it puts you on a different one, that is, you cannot use this Charming Courier with any Dragonrider Racing World Quest.
They did eventually add Blub to where you could get it on retail.
The degree of skeevy moneygrab is really disgusting. They’re fishing for people to buy 6 months who don’t understand that they’re not getting Swoopy, except on a mode they don’t play. Then, they will release Swoopy to retail. But of course you gotta pay again.
Fear for your livelihoods Blizz if I or someone like me makes their way into government. This will not fly anymore. You already can’t do things like this with physical property. Regulations are coming. The digital candyland of freely lying to people and scamming them can’t last forever.

So there’s a gift notification in the launcher, but when I click on it, I get a blank page. No gift there, or in game.
Why is this so screwed up every time?
ETA: Tried restarting the launcher, then the game, then the launcher and the game, no joy. Finally just restarted the PC and was able to claim the mount.

Also: restarting didn’t work for me. But maximizing the gift window made it show up.

You have to restart your system not just battlenet and it shows up.
