Im on the yearly sub but its NOT set to auto renew. By the wording it sounds like it needs to be.

“Players on existing 6-Month or 12-Month recurring subscription plans with a future renewal date will receive the Charming Courier mount and the Swoopy pet at no additional charge” This is new. Blizzard has never worded it this way before.

No Renewal date because I dislike the “auto renew” Was just going to buy another year a month before my sub expires. Seems like I messed myself over.

I signed up for the yearly sub. Then canceled it right after. I have 7 months left. Dislike like auto renew. Prefer to do it manually. Seems folks like me are SOL .

I do however find this “odd” because I have ALWAYS done the yearly by buying the year then canceling so it doesn’t auto renew but I have still received the 6month mounts

I dont get it. Why do they keep doing this? What is the point of adding pets that only go in classic. Shouldnt we be able to get them in retail too. like ffs make a hd version and a low rez version if you want classic to have pets so badly. its not called remix its called classic meaning original meaning things people have already done. stop adding brand new things to a game we have to start over with

Yep, this is what happened to me last year, and even though it was a few months before the time my sub would run out, I just had to purchase another year sub to get the new mounts that were offered with the deal. Now I just put it in my calendar to check it before it renews, so I can decide whether I want to renew it for another year at that time.

Dunno about this model. Is it like a dragon owl? Owls are cute cause most of their face is just floof. Like under the feathers is a fairly average looking bird skull. But this thing seems to just have like…a big gross rubbery face made of scales.

I already have one account on 12-month and at least one on 6-month. I already have access to these things, but will literally never see them if they are contained within Classic, for no other reason than, “Devs said so. Get over it.”

What is the point of adding pets that only go in classic.

They made two versions of the mounts for BC and Wrath Classics. They barely look any different, except the Retail version is more HD quality. No reason the pets couldn’t have been the same way.

Great, I bought six months a week ago and got a crappy mount and non-pet (classic only.)

If you didn’t cancel it and it’s set to auto renewal in 6 months then you’ll also get this mount whenever they start sending it to the subscriptions. Probably will start happening tonight. I’ve never had to wait more than 12hrs for the mounts.

I like stuff that is a reward, or rare drop, pass on this.

It’s pretty, just not exciting to obtain.
