Have 12 month Sub but didn't receive mounts

As the title states, I have a 12 month sub but I haven’t received the goodies! Anyone know why? I got the other ones just fine but not this 1.

Does your sub have a future renewal date when you check it in your settings?

I think the post said they would be there by like the 24th or 25th or something like that.

Don’t see it there, but I know I renew at the end of January

If you’re currently on a 12-month recurring subscription with a future renewal date, you’ll receive the mounts as a gift in your Battle.net desktop app at no additional charge, no later than October 31, 2024

In their defense, that’s referring to the new mounts. Anyone signing up for a 12 month right now should still be getting the current yearly mounts, as far as I’m aware.

TBH I didn’t read the post in it’s entirety as I got the other mounts as soon as it was announced so just figured it was gonna be the same /shrug

I definitely didn’t see this until reading it again.

But like with the OP, the other 12mo. sub mounts, when advertised, were available immediately. These were not, and if you didn’t read the full post, you assumed (like a lot of us) that they were going to be waiting for us when we logged in.

well, consider this… you get the 6-12 month sub, then cancel… NO future renewal. That’s what they mean. You have to have an “active” future renewal.
