Just a heads up/warning, the Hateforged Blazecycle apparently “SOLD OUT”
I had redeemed 600 points for this mount a week before it said that, and was NEVER emailed the actual key code to redeem it even after contacting both Mtn. Dew and Blizzard support and being told to wait 72 hours for it to show up.

You still have the points to spend on other stuff, the ToS of the collab says there’s only a limited number of rewards.
There’s other posts about this already up. No need to spam.
Spam it up, I say.
Keep an eye on their website and if they restock you can grab it with those points.
I imagine they are gonna do something to please the people they screwed over, probably during the business week.

the others will probably come to trading post
just wait for those
Check you junk email? when I got my code emailed it went to my spam folder.
Also verify which email is tied to your GameFuel account. It will be sent to whatever email you use to log into your GameFuel Rewards account not your Benet

The “limited rewards” are for legal reasons and (I’m assuming) physical items more than anything else. Codes should be restocked after the weekend.

I did, I checked everywhere they told me to. And yeah its tied to my account. I use the same email on both.
Their support said to wait 72 hours for it to be sent and its been over that and no response back, I’ve sent them and Blizzard both screenshots of everything.
I was straight up just scammed. Hopefully Monday I hear something

They may have sold out right as you claimed it. Which means you would be first to get one on Monday. Blame Blizz for letting EU players get codes from US players. People on my WoW FB groups were giving away codes like crazy
This wouldn’t have happened if the code was ONLY redeemable on US WoW Accounts.
To those who still want to buy the bike? They should release more Bike Codes monday at 12pm EST. Be ready

I hope Monday fixes it. But the thing is, I redeemed my points way before the bike sold out on the website. 5 days before.
So I 100% should of got the email, but didn’t. This was Monday of last week. I guess I’ll just wait and see what happens.

The Hateforged Blazecycle is most likely sold out for good. Probably what happened was that it being a high demand reward internationally, more codes were redeemed faster than expected (even though they should have figured that people outside the US would want the motorcycle mount).
So, scalpers bought a ton of these and have effectively rendered them sold out. Now that people see that they are sold out they will pay the now greatly jacked up prices of the scalpers. CRIME DOES PAY!

Lol, sold out virtual items? I love the FOMO outrage.

So I learned something about Gmail. They have a “Promotions” tab. And one of my codes was in it. It doesn’t show up in “all mail.” And it doesn’t show up in “inbox” and it doesn’t show up in “junk.” Only in that “promotions” tab.
So one code went to my inbox, the other to the promotions tab.
If you use Gmail or see something similar in your mail app on the website, check there.
The whole thing is super weird to do.
damn, and I wanted to make a couple thousand off the bike too. I was too late again
I ran into an issue when I needed to reset my password. They never got back to me when I tried to contact Mountain Dew Gaming email support. Decided to try again on a whim and I got my email instantly.
I’m not entirely sure what the issue is, but their systems are unreliable at best it seems. Obviously, it gets a bit more complicated having a point redemption item not being sent.
I would try and email them again and see what happens. If that doesn’t work, yeah, harass them all you’d like with spam. Sometimes you have to give customer support a kick in the pants before they act.

The terms you can read literally say anything that gets sold out will be restocked if the sponsor (in this case Blizzard) gives more to give away.
Blizzard isn’t about to end the main draw of the collab less than a week into it.
Blizz has a skeleton crew on weekends. They wouldn’t be sending more codes until at the earliest, Monday.
It’s been going about 2 weeks at this point, but they still should have had more codes in stock. There’s no good reason for this.
