Why does my haste drop from 19% to 12% when I enter Moonkin form? 
You have a talent that gives 6% haste when not in form, 6% crit for cat form, 6% vers for bear form, and 6% mastery in Moonkin form. When you switch forms your secondaries switch.
It’s important to note that the 6% mastery isn’t actually 6% as mastery scales differently depending on specialization, it’s actually 6 “points” or something like that of mastery which works out to roughly 3%.
