So one of the racials of Skyborne Horde is 1% haste. How do we think haste is going to be implemented?
1.) Decrease only casting time
2.) Decrease casting time and GCD
3.) HoTs tick faster?
4.) a Combo of everything
Have we seen any gear with haste on it displayed yet?
One area of concern i have is specific to Skyborne druids. If haste does not decrease the GCD in addition to the cast time, then you’ll have Wrath spells casting at 1.38 sec on a 1.5 sec GCD…and if haste can get obtained on other things (i.e. Classic shoulder/leg enchants from Diremaul) will that increase the clunkiness further.
Curious if I’ve missed any posts or intel on haste and how others think it will be implemented in Forever.
Conversely, if haste lowers GCD even further than the Earthmother talent of resto druids (and is stackable) I wonder if resto could get to like a .5 sec GCD by stacking enough….which i would LOVE haha
